Jinesh Shah is a certified Chartered Accountant since 2011, has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. He has completed his Law from the Gujarat University and is a Fellow member of ICAI. He is known for his methodical approach in conducting and performing SME Tax Audits. He holds tremendous expertise in planning taxes for explicit transactions. He is recognized for his capability to assist businesses by forestalling changing patterns of business dynamics and addresses practical solutions to every business challenges. He has proficiently personified clients before tax authorities at every possible level on matters relating to complex tax litigations matters and offers litigations support services. He also undertakes Corporate Tax Advisory, International Taxation and Transfer Pricing.
Being proficient in RERA he assists in Registration, Returns filing and RERA audits. Jinesh holds in-depth knowledge in the Transaction Structuring Domestic and Cross Border, Estate and Trust Planning domains and has serviced a diverse portfolio of industries through his career.
Jitendra Teelani(F.C.A, LLB, B. Com)
Jitendra Teelani, a certified Chartered Accountant since 2011, evolves the strategic path for the company and its portfolio offerings, while nurturing our companies master minds to drive their executions. Jitendra’s vast experience in the Accounting standards & Corporate laws has given him an inclusive understanding of laws including Indian regulatory, Corporate Law and various business environments. His pioneering expertise in the role of Audit & advisory, Internal Financial Control, Management Audit and Statutory Audit, Due Diligence Review, IND AS, Assessment of Risks, Law & Regulations Compliances and Process reviews, have drawn him recognition in both the Financial, Audit & Legal Domain. With his keen attention to detail, Jitendra is adept and holds in depth knowledge of taxation laws, which empowers him to provide strategic and all-inclusive Tax advices for issues relating to both the clients existing and new businesses. Being conversant with ROC he is adroit at ROC XBRL Filing of Shipping Companies and Stock Exchanges.

Utkarsh Desai(F.C.A, PG. Diploma in Financial Management, B. Com)
Utkarsh Desai is a certified Chartered Accountant since 2012. He stands deeply engaged with the ICAI in various dimensions and is currently appointed as a co-opted member of the indirect committee of ICAI Ahmedabad. He holds Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the Gujarat University and also possess a Post-Graduation Diploma in Financial Management

Reshma Maru is certified Chartered Accountant since 2010. Her expertise is into
Internal Audit, Statutory compliances, review and verification of IFC (Internal Financial Controls). She is also a Registered Valuer from IBBI. She has completed certification course of Forensic Audit and Fraud Detection from ICAI, INDAS

Aziz Shaikh i s a certified Chartered Accountant since 2019. He has successfully completed the post qualification course of DISA (ISA 3.0). He has a working experience in Industry. He is Head of Surat Office of ShahTeelani and Associates and he looks after the various assignments of System audits, Detection & revention of Fraud, Social Audit& ESG

Jainam Shah certified as a Chartered Accountants in 2015. He is a seasoned professional
with extensive expertise in compliance practice. He is Head of Mumbai Office of ShahTeelani and Associates and he looks after the Virtual CFO Services and Various Forensic Audits along with the litigation cases for Direct and Indirect Taxes.
Ritu GuptaFCA, BCOM (ECO HONS.)
Ritu Gupta is Certified Chartered Accountant since 2016. She is managing and handling accounts, finance and taxation matters of the client, conducting statutory audits of organizations and guiding and advising them on the compliance as well as r e g u l a t o r y m a t t e r s .The experience also includes preparation of SOP’s and providing assistance for process automation to pharmaceutical companies.
Kanaiyalal Thakker( ACA, LLB, FIII )
CA Kanaiyalal Thakker is the senior most partner of Shah Teelani & Associates. He was entitled as a CA in the year 1974. Mr. Thakker comes with a wide professional experience in a vast number of areas working at Senior levels with Multiple Groups. Consequently, he brings with him an array of expertise in General Insurance business. His valuable journey of experience starts with being an Account Executive at NDDB, Anand spanning from 1975 to 1978. Post which he was appointed as the Member of the First Trust Board of NDDB. From there he took over being a Regional Manager at National Insurance Company Ltd. serving Pune, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Rajkot etc.
Mr. Thakker holds a firm attitude in life, which keeps him on his toes and busy as always, the “Nothing stops Mr. Thakker” attitude. Mr. Thakker post his retirement from National Insurance, took over the responsibility of serving himself as a Member of Consumer Dispute Resolution Committee (CDRC), having the powers and authorities that’s holds equivalent to a Judge of the High Court.
Mr. Thakker also holds Diploma in HRD, LLB and FIII Degrees. He is also an Associate Member of ICAI.
Zalak Shah(ACA, BCOM)
Zalak Shah, a certified Chartered Accountant since 2018, she has handled various assignments in Audit and Direct Tax Compliances.
